Ranking

Guild Ranks:
Each guild has their own specific and unique way of ranking. However, the rankings S-D are the most commonly used in every guild. The higher the letter, the more responsibility is weighted on their shoulders.

Guild Masters
Each guild is led by a Guild Master. Some are considered to be part of "The Ten Wizard Saints." All Guild Masters are looked up upon as serious and cold leaders, but in actuality they can be humorous and have emotions most of the time. They are responsible for everything that goes on within the guild and everything about the guild itself. Rankings, recruitment, event planning, etc. Goes through the Master of the guild and they make the judgment as to what suits best. A Master for a guild is chosen by people, not only within the guild (Some guilds have a custom where you must defeat the previous Master). Those chosen Masters are seen as the person best suited to lead a Guild.
Must be level 40, a 25 mod and talk to the staff.

S-Rank Mages:
S-Rank mages are strong enough to lead a guild, although they most likely don't have the strength their current and experienced guild master has. One must achieve a great feat to proof his worthy-ness of S-Rank. They are masters of their magic.
Must be level 35 atleast, having 25 completed missions. They also must have a 25 mod (With item bonuses).

A-Rank Mages:
The A-ranks are extraordinarily strong in their magic, have great courage and have benefited greatly to the guild. They have done many quests and are experts of their magic.
Must be level 31, completing 20 missions.

B-Rank Mages:
The B-Ranks of a division can be seen as the left hand to the S-Ranks. They are very strong, and have proven themselves to the guild. They know several spells and have been on several missions and quests.
Must be atleast level 21, and have completed 15 missions.

C-Rank Mages
They are the general public of a division, which without a division can not stand strong. Must of completed a B-rank mission by themselves to promoted.
Must be atleast level 11, have completed 10 missions.

D-Rank Mages
They are the new members of a guild. These mages must learn, evolve and grow stronger to move up in rank.
Level: 1-10.
